Who we are
This page is operated by DEKR Estimation, a construction estimating service. You can reach us at info@dekrestimation.com or (347) 647-2110. Our main sites are dekrestimation.com and dekrconstruction.com.
What we collect
When you request a free sample estimate we collect the name, company, work email, phone number, trade, project type, bid due date and any plan files you choose to upload. We also record standard advertising parameters (such as UTM tags, Google Click ID and LinkedIn click identifiers), the page URL and the referring site so we can tell which ad brought you here.
How we use it
We use your details to prepare and deliver the estimate you requested, to follow up about that project, and to measure the performance of our Google and LinkedIn advertising. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in our internal Google Workspace account (Google Sheets for lead records, Google Drive for uploaded plan files). Access is limited to DEKR staff working on your estimate. Plan sets are treated as confidential and are not shared outside our estimating team.
Cookies and advertising tags
This page may load measurement tags from Google Ads and LinkedIn so that conversions can be attributed to the ad you clicked. These tags set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the page will still work.
Your choices
Email us at info@dekrestimation.com to request a copy of your data, to correct it, or to have it and any uploaded plan files deleted. We honour deletion requests within 30 days unless we are required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.
