The free sample estimate
The free sample estimate covers one project per company. We accept a limited number of free projects each month so that turnaround times for active clients are protected; if the month's allocation is full we will tell you and offer the next available slot. There is no cost and no obligation to continue with paid work.
Turnaround
Our standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from receipt of a complete, legible plan set. Large, phased or incomplete submissions may take longer; we will tell you before starting if that is the case.
Use of estimates
Our estimates are prepared from the documents you supply and are intended to support your bidding decisions. Quantities and pricing reflect the information available at the time of preparation. Final responsibility for the bid you submit, including scope verification and market pricing at the time of submission, remains with you.
Confidentiality
Plan sets and project documents you send are treated as confidential and used only to prepare your estimate. We will sign a project-specific NDA on request.
